The Global Requirements Delivery and Change Management Manager will be part of Data Services and Delivery under Finance and Risk Shared Service (FRSS) organization supporting Citi’s proprietary GENESIS system. GENESIS is a data warehouse that provides an enterprise wide collection of contracts, positions and balances, which are anchored to financials.

This role will be responsible in leading and managing delivery of critical transformational initiatives related system enhancements, functional & non-functional UAT validation, implementation, and integration with the highest Change Management control standards and discipline. He / She will work closely with key partners across Citi organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage teams of requirements delivery, implementation, integration and UAT analyst globally located in US, Costa Rica, Philippines and India.

  • Represent FRSS Data Services and Delivery team on critical key project milestone, integration, and various change management initiatives meetings with senior management stakeholders/ partners across organizations within Citi.

  • Enforce UAT, Implementation and Integration Success Criteria and escalate exceptions and risk accordingly and on a timely manner.

  • Manage and lead complex projects, initiatives, and definition of key milestones and audit-proof UAT plans.

  • Develop, standardize and report against implementation and integration success criteria, KPIs and project milestones, including the identification of action plans for areas of opportunity.

  • Lead and support critical and needed senior management identified reporting packages, analysis, and /or initiatives in relation to the overall GENESIS projects.

  • Ensure coordination between partner systems; ensure all testing plans are shared and communicated so application testing between all is harmonious; manage project change with respect.

  • Lead development of needed value proposition to bring the Change Request Management team inclusive of requirements delivery and UAT, acquisition implementation and integration teams to the next maturity level.

  • Support and manage key external / internal audit reviews and external regulatory exams.

  • Engagement on regular global and regional calls with other GENESIS partner groups to provide update on current UAT activities, review calendar and ensuring alignment of testing dates to meet target deployment.

  • Coordinate and manage GENESIS reconciliation processing activities/requirements on testing environments. This is to ensure that the agreed UAT validations are done thoroughly and alignment of UAT reconciliation scope with current GENEISS production reconciliation process by the team.

  • Support Change Management related activities from both operational and program level, including but not limited to operational readiness working session and global communications across various levels of the organization.

  • Review and analyze key impacted GENESIS configurations such as but not limited to “GL Account Only” process, application of standard representative value functionality, automated adjustment and GENESIS reconciliation processes.

  • Establish partnership with Finance Product Data Owners, DRA product leads, Technology teams and various system implementation and Change Management teams.

  • Provide and implement ideas for process re-engineering both at on-center site and global level.

  • Act as beacon to drive good VOE results and support career and leadership development of more junior team members.

We are looking for someone with proven strong and excellent leadership, high business and technical acumen, attention to details with relevant years in working with big data and finance system related implementation / integration, project management experience, with self-initiative, a “Get Things Done” attitude and Change Management.


  • 10+ years relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services related or similar industry.

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree required.

  • With intermediate to advance understanding of financial and regulatory reporting and process is preferred.

  • Extensive experience in leading and managing large size projects, complex UAT activities, and operational production readiness, and Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) in the area of Change Management for Data Warehousing, finance and risk related enterprise level systems.

  • Demonstrated strong implementation and project management, leadership and execution skills.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills – must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions.

  • Aptitude to translate strategy into execution in a complex and cross-functional organization.

  • A self-starter with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently.

  • Knowledge of Citi’s financial and risk systems, financial and regulatory reporting processes and organization is preferred.

  • Strong subject matter expertise regarding technology application control disciplines and technology infrastructure knowledge, with a sound understanding of the financial services provided by Citi.

  • Demonstrated capability and maturity to work in an individual capacity and must proactively seek out ways to enhance the mission and identify new data analysis needs.

  • Demonstrates experience in managing teams and managing integrated internal audit and assurance delivery within a matrix reporting environment.

  • Able to set priorities and discuss experience in adapting to emergent or dynamic requirements.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • High caliber team player with good judgment, flexibility and productivity with good track record in establishing partnership and team work.

  • Quick learner, customer focused with ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced changing environment.
