Raytheon Field Service Representative in Tampa, Florida
Raytheon is seeking a full time Field Service Representative (FSR) in support of TTL support network management (KeyMaker) to provide general support to the HF-TTL PMO. The FSR will provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new device and capability integration related to HF-TTL information dissemination and visualization. Additionally the FSR will provide technical subject matter expertise ISO testing and installation of audio and video server applications. Support will also include tech support to the PMO as needed ISO information assurance requirements for device and server software. Experience supporting SOF and work experience in SOCOM is preferable. The primary work location is our Raytheon office in St. Petersburg, Florida and work as needed at government facilities on MacDill AFB in Tamp. Active TS/SCI Clearance is required Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel. Resumes that are not tailored to the required and desired skills will not be considered.” Requirements/qualifications: -More than 5 years in Special Operations Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR). -Knowledge of DoD Information Technology system supporting Common operation Picture tools for TTL equipment displayed on graphical user interfaces. -More than 3 years of experience with IT system configuration management to include testing and evaluation of hardware and software integration to ensure reliability and compatibility for new and existing network system.
