Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides child welfare case management services for children and adolescents in the child welfare and foster care system, as well as for parents and foster care families. Located in Hillsborough, this position is responsible for:
Ensuring the safety, permanency and well-being of children placed under protective supervision
Assisting Families through the foster care system until reunification or permanent placement is achieved
Self-managing an independent work schedule to include making home visits and court appointments

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminology, Juvenile Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Nursing
- Master's degree in one of the above stated majors
- Certification in Child Welfare
(CWCM, CWPI, CPI)
- Must be able to complete a Three-Day new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations are offered in Orlando, FL and Titusville, FL.
- Valid Florida Driver's License
