DXC Technology Business Development Manager, Enterprise in Tampa, Florida

The Enterprise Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by selling Tribridge’s Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics-GP; SL and NAV). Will be responsible for selling at large volumes and generating revenue critical to the organization and may involve rapid sales cycles.

The BDM will be expected to build upon a network of lead generators, drive individual alliance network and drive new prospect introductions in order to identify opportunities. This position will need to be available to overlap and have an understanding of all Tribridge IT professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

•Attain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan that effectively demonstrates strategies to exceed revenue goals and expand Tribridge’s value.

•Networks within the business community, creates and manages opportunities. Demonstrate the ability to network in order to increase sales opportunities.

•Manages the administration component of the position

•Leverage Knowledge of prospect/customer’s business and industry as well as Tribridge’s capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities.

•Engage with potential customers and drive the sales process

•Create and deliver sales calls and presentations via the team selling effort

•Direct follow up and manage on going follow up with prospects

•Work with fellow BDM’s or other partners as extension of your team

Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

•10 or more years’ experience in solution selling of ERP/CRM software or IT consulting services sales

•Prior experience selling Tier 1 ERP or CRM software required (includes Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX, NAV, SL, GP, MS CRM), PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, or Lawson)

•Must have prior experience selling solutions with an average price over $500K

•Must have experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in the assigned territory with an established network of contacts with CIO and CFO level executives in the territory.

•Professional, assertive, and skilled in forming new relationships in their territory

•Experience with presentation, proposal development

•Must be willing to work closely with team members within the sales team

•Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Requirements– Education, Skill & Abilities:

•Four year degree, Advanced degree(s)

•Prior experience using a CRM system to manage a pipeline preferred, MS CRM experience

Working Environment:

•Travel requirements 30% based on location
